Part-Time (up to 10 hours per week) The Content & Employer Brand Strategist will lead the development and execution of strategic, research-backed content that strengthens BeEvolvedHR and SHEEvolved's market presence, enhances client deliverables, and supports business development. This role is ideal for someone who understands that content is not just marketing, it is a business asset. You will function as a strategic partner, building executive thought leadership, employer branding systems, and revenue-supporting communications across BeEvolvedHR's ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Employer Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership Develop and execute strategic content initiatives aligned with business growth goals Translate HR, leadership, workplace, and business concepts into executive-level narratives Build founder-led thought leadership content for LinkedIn, speaking engagements, and personal brand positioning Strengthen BeEvolvedHR's positioning as a premium CHRO-level strategic partner Client-Facing Strategic Deliverables Create high-level, white-glove client materials including: Employee communicationsEmployer branding frameworksCulture and employee experience narratives Talent attraction messagingLeadership communications and presentation materials Support client-facing HR initiatives through polished, strategic communication Ensure all deliverables maintain executive tone, brand consistency, and HR-conscious messaging Sales Enablement & Business Development Build conversion-focused assets such as: Proposals and RFP responses Capability decksWebsite copy and service messagingSales collateral and one-pagers Support prospect conversion through strategic messaging Align content initiatives with company growth and revenue priorities Content Operations & Brand Infrastructure Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels Build scalable messaging systems, templates, and frameworks Collaborate directly with leadership on strategic priorities Qualifications Proven experience in content strategy, employer branding, journalism, executive communications, or strategic storytelling Strong ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling business narratives Experience in B2B, HR, leadership development, or consulting environments preferred Strategic thinker with execution capability Professional, polished, and highly collaborative with strong client-facing communication skills Comfortable operating in a high-trust, high-ownership environment
