If you excel at crafting messaging that resonates, shapes brand voice, and drives engagement across multiple channels, this could be an excellent opportunity. Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Luson Media which is a full-service branding, marketing, and public relations agency built for brands that want to stand out and scale. We help clients bring their ideas to life through thoughtful strategy, strong creative, and marketing that performs. What You'll Do Write compelling, conversion-driven copy across multiple platforms including: Websites and landing pages Brand messaging and positioning Email campaigns and nurture sequences Social media content and paid ads Blogs and thought leadership content Scripts (video, reels, podcasts, promos) Sales collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures, etc.) Build content strategies that align with business goals (not just "posting to post") Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account leads to bring campaigns to life Translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging that audiences actually understand Maintain brand voice consistency across channels and deliverables Help develop content calendars, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes What you Bring 3+ years of professional copywriting and/or content strategy experience
- Required Strong experience writing for sales and marketing campaigns
- Preferred A portfolio that shows range: short-form, long-form, and conversion copy
- Preferred The ability to write in multiple tones and brand voices A natural storyteller with a sharp creative edge Comfortable writing for both brand-building and sales-driving content
