This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working across both creative and technical marketing tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining and growing our digital presence as well as our customers, supporting sales efforts, managing campaigns, and delivering clear marketing insights. Key Responsibilities Web Design & Development Build, maintain, and update website pages using Payload CMS, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms Perform basic front‑end development tasks such as layout updates, formatting, mobile responsiveness, and content edits Ensure websites follow modern usability, accessibility, and performance best practices Graphic Design & Visual Assets Create marketing graphics for websites, social media, digital ads, proposals, and presentations Design layouts for brochures, one‑pagers, infographics, and internal materials Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visuals and platforms Content Creation & Copywriting Write and edit website content, blog posts, email campaigns, ad copy, and social media captions Assist with marketing copy for proposals, case studies, and customer communications Collaborate with team members to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and goals Digital Advertising (Paid Media) Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) Perform keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to improve ROI and lead quality Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms using Zoho Social or similar tools Engage with followers, monitor messages and comments, and support brand engagement Track social growth and performance trends Marketing Automation & CRM Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and related tools to: Manage marketing activity and lead data Support email marketing and customer communication workflows Coordinate marketing efforts with sales and operations teams Maintain organized records and marketing assets inside Zoho Reporting & Analytics Create and deliver monthly marketing reports covering: Website performance Paid ad results Social media metrics SEO progress Provide insights and recommendations based on data and trends SEO & Optimization Implement on‑page SEO best practices including keyword usage, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization Assist with content planning focused on organic search growth Monitor rankings and traffic trends using analytics tools Sales & Internal Support Assist with proposal creation, slide decks, and customer‑facing materials Support marketing needs tied to sales initiatives and client communications Help maintain templates and brand‑approved assets Qualifications Required 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or a similar role Experience with: Website CMS or page builders Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar) Google Analytics or similar reporting tools Strong written communication and content creation skills High level understanding of SEO principles Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Hands‑on experience using Zoho One (CRM, Campaigns, Analytics, Social, etc.) Familiarity with marketing automation and lead management workflows
