Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description This is a hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in the Olathe, Kansas office, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing web performance data, and optimizing marketing efforts. Responsibilities will also include social media management, creating and implementing digital content, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, Data Base Management, CRM Software, and Web Analytics.
• Strong Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in managing and creating engaging content in multiple platforms.
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pivot from task to task as priorities evolve.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Apps such as (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator etc.), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
• Self-motivated, analytical mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our sales team members.
• Associate's degree+ in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field a plus but not required if prior experience or expertise is identified.
• Prior experience in Industrial or B2B marketing is a plus.

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
