Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building campaigns. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. Identify new opportunities to increase online visibility and search engine rankings. Content Creation & Content Marketing Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for company websites, landing pages, blogs, and marketing campaigns. Write and publish blog articles regularly to improve brand authority and search engine rankings. Develop case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, press releases, and promotional content. Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports business development and lead generation objectives. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals. Social Media Marketing Create, schedule, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms. Develop engaging social media posts, graphics, campaigns, and promotional content. Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across all social channels. Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies to improve online presence. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Digital Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities. Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Support marketing automation and CRM initiatives to improve lead conversion. Business Development Support Generate qualified leads through SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, networking, and outreach initiatives. Assist in preparing marketing materials, company profiles, presentations, and proposals. Support sales and business development efforts through marketing-driven lead generation activities. Client Management Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and review sessions when required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery. Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and cross-selling company services. In-Person Events & Networking Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, chamber events, networking events, and industry exhibitions. Attend in-person client meetings and business development events as required. Build relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and industry professionals. Assist in organizing company events, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities. Performance Bonus In addition to the base compensation, the company will offer performance-based bonuses for each new client, project, or business opportunity successfully generated and converted into a signed contract. Additional incentives may be offered based on lead quality, revenue generated, client retention, and overall marketing performance.
