This is not a sales role. It is a performance marketing leadership role focused on measurable impact and client success. HYBRID position - 1 day in the office, 4 days at home. Own performance media strategy and client relationships, serving as both advisor and optimizer. Manage performance marketing across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok. Translate data into marketing strategy by identifying trends, uncovering growth opportunities, and communicating the "why" behind results. Lead performance reviews and QBRs, highlighting actionable insights that drive ROI — not just reporting data. Optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and client KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, creative strategists, and product teams to deliver compelling, data-backed recommendations. Empower clients by training them on the Darwin platform to independently monitor and interpret creative and performance insights. Drive measurable business impact, ensuring a direct, undeniable connection between your strategy and client success.
Qualifications:
Experience managing and optimizing Meta and Google digital paid media. Experience managing enterprise media accounts. Experience paid marketing and performance marketing. Bachelor's degree or higher. Proactive, outgoing, customer oriented and genuinely motivated by understanding a client's goals and delighting them with exceptional service and results. Confident leading executive-level conversations, distilling complex insights, and pushing client thinking forward with a strong point of view. Experience in advertising technology, or growth marketing preferred. Familiarity with marketing measurement, attribution, or creative testing methodologies preferred.
Pay:
$65,102.11 - $90,993.94 per year
