??????? from company success Hybrid schedule with flexibility after onboarding Opportunity to own your work and build a strong portfolio of real, measurable marketing campaigns What You'll Do Digital Content & Social Media Create, schedule, and publish content across , Instagram, , and TikTok Translate campaign messaging into engaging, on-brand posts Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence Analyze engagement and optimize content performance Marketing Build and deploy email campaigns Create and maintain automated email flows Optimize email performance (subject lines, content, layout) Content Creation & Design Develop marketing assets for digital channels (social, email, website) Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Assist with short-form video content Campaign & Marketing Support Coordinate campaign execution across channels Support product launches and marketing initiatives Assist with marketing materials (presentations, collateral, etc.) Help manage marketing timelines, assets, and deliverables Website & Content Updates Upload and maintain website content Ensure alignment with promotions and campaigns What We're Looking For 2+ years of marketing or related experience Experience managing social media platforms Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo or similar preferred) Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Schedule:
