We run a B2B podcast agency that helps executives become category authorities through owned media. This isn't about posting content—it's about building visibility that actually drives inbound and deals. We're a small, fast-growing team working with founders, operators, and enterprise clients who care about reputation, positioning, and performance. This role sits at the intersection of: Client account management Marketing strategy & performance Content production collaboration If you like keeping things organized, understanding what's working, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll like this. Let's get the reality out of the way: This is not a creative role This is not a passive role This is not a "wait for instructions" role You will: Work with clients directly Be expected to stay on top of multiple moving pieces Translate between strategy, execution, and communication Some days will feel messy. Some things won't be fully defined. If you need everything spelled out step-by-step, this will feel frustrating. What you'll get: You'll learn how real marketing works (not surface-level social) You'll see how content drives pipeline—not just engagement You'll work directly with leadership You'll understand how strategy connects to execution and reporting You'll build operational and client-facing skills quickly If you're good, this can grow into a much bigger role. What you'll actually be doing: In simple terms: Keep client work moving and make sure marketing efforts are measurable and organized.
That includes:
Client Account Management Serve as point of contact for assigned clients Run or support client check-ins and follow-ups Track deliverables, timelines, and next steps Coordinate with internal team (producers, editors, strategists) Maintain clear, organized records of client activity Flag risks, delays, or gaps before they become problems Ensure clients always know what's happening Digital Marketing Execution SEO & Content Support Conduct keyword research aligned with client goals Support optimization of content (blogs, pages, show content) Identify opportunities to improve search visibility Analytics & Reporting Support GA4 tracking and accuracy Help build and maintain reporting dashboards Monitor performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) Turn data into clear, simple summaries Marketing Operations Support campaign execution Maintain CRM and data hygiene Ensure content, distribution, and tracking are aligned Content & Production Collaboration You'll work closely with our producers, editors, and post-production team to ensure client content moves smoothly from strategy to delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with producers and internal teams to keep content initiatives aligned with client goals Participate in content planning and episode strategy discussions Help bridge communication between clients, marketing, and production teams Understand podcast and content production workflows well enough to identify risks, bottlenecks, or opportunities Ensure production efforts support broader marketing and business objectives What success looks like (first 90 days): Clients feel informed and never have to chase for updates Accounts are organized, tracked, and moving forward Reporting is accurate, clear, and consistent SEO and content initiatives are progressing Internal team has clarity on priorities and next steps Leadership has visibility into performance What we're looking for: You get satisfaction from keeping things organized and moving You communicate clearly and follow through You're comfortable working with data (or willing to learn quickly) You can manage multiple priorities without dropping things You don't wait—you move things forward
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in digital marketing, agency account management, or similar Strong organization and project management skills Clear written and verbal communication Comfortable working with clients and creative/production teams Familiarity with SEO, analytics, content strategy, or performance marketing Preferred Experience Experience working directly with podcast, video, or content production teams Understanding of content production workflows from planning through publication Tools you'll likely touch: Google Analytics (GA4) Google Workspace Project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Compensation & Structure:
Hybrid Full-time Compensation based on experience Final note: We can teach tools and tactics. We can't teach: Ownership Follow-through Clear thinking If you like making things run smoothly, understanding performance, and being trusted with real responsibility—this role will be a good fit.

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
