Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the email channel strategy to generate leads and ROI for Fisher Investments. You will work within the Marketing team to build advanced email journeys, test and optimize campaigns, and ensure deliverability at scale. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to design data-driven programs and lead generation initiatives that align with business goals. This is an impactful, growth-oriented role with potential to move into management as you prove impact and leadership.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Manage daily email campaign setup, including journey building, content production, audience segmentation and QA
  • Plan and manage email calendar, send volume, list targeting and cadence based on performance data
  • Design and implement lead generation programs with measurable outcomes
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Monitor and analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, deliverability) and recommend improvements
  • Ensure strong deliverability by tracking inbox placement, unsubscribes, spam rates, and other metrics
  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and engagement
  • Track results and communicate success metrics and actionable recommendations Tasks
  • 2+ years in email lifecycle marketing with focus on new campaigns
  • 2+ years in email channel management including CRM, responsive design, deliverability, segmentation, best practices
  • Experience with major ESP/CRM platform
  • Experience with Selligent by Zeta preferred
  • Proven success in lead nurturing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and content personalization
  • Experience using analytics/tools to measure and improve campaigns
  • Knowledge of best practices for emails, dynamic content, testing, segmentation, drip campaigns, deliverability, CAN-SPAM Key requirements
