Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape email strategies to drive leads and ROI across the Global email channel. You'll operate as an individual contributor initially, collaborating with the Email Marketing Manager to design journeys, segment audiences, and optimize campaigns at scale. You'll own testing, deliverability, and performance analysis to continuously improve impact. This position offers a path to management and a chance to influence marketing outcomes within a mission-driven, growth-focused firm.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Manage daily email marketing operations including advanced journey building, content production, audience segmentation, and QA
  • Coordinate email calendar, volume, list targeting, and cadence based on testing and prioritization
  • Design and implement lead generation programs to improve conversions and goals
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies and apply insights to campaigns
  • Monitor metrics (open rates, CTR, deliverability) and provide optimization recommendations
  • Ensure deliverability and monitor unsubscribe/spam metrics to protect sender reputation
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and email engagement
  • Track and report results, success metrics, and recommendations for improvement Tasks
  • 2+ years of email lifecycle marketing experience with a focus on new campaigns
  • 2+ years of email channel expertise including CRM management, responsive design, deliverability, segmentation, and best practices
  • Experience with major ESP/CRM platforms; familiarity with Selligent by Zeta preferred
  • Proven success with lead nurturing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and personalized content
  • Experience using analytics to measure and improve campaigns
  • Knowledge of email template creation, dynamic content, testing, segmentation, drip campaigns, deliverability, CAN-SPAM Key requirements
