3-6 Month Contract Overview We are seeking an Events & Marketing Specialist to support integrated marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand activations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing creative execution with project management. Responsibilities + Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events + Coordinate marketing initiatives across email, social, and digital channels + Assist with vendor communication, timelines, and logistics + Create and manage marketing collateral and event materials + Track campaign and event performance metrics + Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership teams + Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Requirements Qualifications + 2-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand activations + Strong organizational and communication skills + Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns + Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Hybrid availability in the Atlanta area Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
