This is a hands-on field marketing opportunity supporting store-level marketing, community partnerships, and live events across a multi-state territory. The role is remote when not traveling, with frequent in-market travel and on-site event execution. This position plays a visible role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute local marketing initiatives across an assigned territory, including community partnerships, sponsorships, and school-based programs Plan and support store-level events such as grand openings, anniversaries, and customer appreciation events Coordinate and manage on-site event execution, including setup, teardown, and customer interaction Install and maintain promotional materials and event signage to encourage walk-in traffic Collaborate closely with store managers, operations teams, and regional leadership Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and identify new advertising opportunities Act as a brand representative in the community and at live events Support the expansion of event programs as the organization scales from approximately 45 to over 100 events annuallyQualifications:
Required:
1-2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or local brand activation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience coordinating and executing live events Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Willingness to travel frequently and work early mornings and weekends during event weeks Ability to lift up to 30 poundsPreferred:
Retail marketing experience Background in grassroots marketing or community-based sponsorships Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience supporting marketing efforts across multiple locations or enterprise environmentsAdditional Details:
Heavy travel within Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California (LA south), and Southern Nevada Average of two event weeks per month; events typically run Thursday through Saturday Event days may start as early as 6:30 AM and run through early evening Monday through Friday schedule during non-event weeks If a Saturday event is worked, the following Monday is typically off Overtime is likely during event weeks due to extended hours No events scheduled on major holiday weekends; lighter schedule mid-November through mid-January Perks:
