This is not a desk job. Our Field Marketing Representatives work directly in local neighborhoods helping homeowners learn about our products and services while generating qualified in-home design consultations for our sales team. If you're competitive, energetic, coachable, and enjoy talking with people, this role can become a strong long-term opportunity with real income potential and room for advancement inside a fast-growing company. Many of our top-performing representatives earn well above their hourly base through performance bonuses and advancement opportunities. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota Generate qualified in-home design consultation appointments for our sales team Canvass targeted neighborhoods, current project areas, and surrounding job sites Educate homeowners about replacement windows, doors, siding, roofing, and exterior remodeling solutions Represent the Window World brand professionally and positively in the community Track appointments and daily activity using company systems Work closely with leadership and teammates to hit individual and team goals Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and accountability in the field What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed Strong communication and people skills Coachable and willing to learn Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable speaking with new people every day Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay positive Team-oriented mentality Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods for extended periods Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends Professional appearance and communication Ability to use company technology and scheduling systems Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses Bonus paid for every qualified appointment set Additional bonus opportunities when appointments turn into sold projects Paid training Advancement opportunities into sales and leadership roles Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance PTO Holiday pay 401(k) with company match About Window World Window World is a locally owned exterior remodeling company backed by a nationally recognized brand.
