is hiring Field Marketing Representatives to help generate homeowner appointments for our roofing and window divisions. This is a field-based canvassing role. You will be speaking with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, identifying interest in roof replacement, window replacement, and related exterior home improvement projects, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a good fit for someone who is confident, coachable, competitive, and comfortable talking to people face-to-face. Compensation $20

• 23 per hour + performance bonuses (1
• 2.5% of sales volume) Additional earning opportunities may include: Bonuses for sold projects Growth opportunities into Field Marketing Lead, Sales Representative, or management roles Expected earning range: $3,280
• 6,600/mo Responsibilities Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about roofing and window replacement opportunities Identify homeowners who may need a roof inspection, window estimate, or exterior project consultation Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales team Accurately record lead information and appointment details Represent Rebuildit professionally in the field Attend training, team meetings, and daily launch meetings Follow scripts, objection-handling processes, and canvassing standards Maintain a positive attitude in a performance-based environment

What We Are Looking For Required:

Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Strong communication skills Willingness to knock doors and speak with homeowners face-to-face Reliable transportation to the office or assigned meeting location Dependable attendance and professional appearance Coachable and willing to follow a proven system Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection Preferred, but not required: Canvassing experience Door-to-door sales experience Appointment-setting experience Roofing, windows, solar, pest control, alarms, or home improvement experience Prior experience in a performance-based role Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Afternoon/evening availability preferred Some Saturday availability may be required Schedule may vary based on neighborhood activity, weather, and lead goals Why Work With Rebuildit?
