This role is often a launch point into a high-income roofing sales career, with top performers advancing into our Path to Pro training program, Senior Field Marketing Representative roles, and eventually Roofing Sales Consultant positions.

Your job is simple:

meet homeowners, start conversations, and create opportunities for our sales team. You will work in neighborhoods where storm damage may have occurred, introducing homeowners to our free roof inspection service and helping generate opportunities for the sales representatives. No roofing experience is required — training is provided. Ideal Backgrounds athletics fitness or personal training hospitality or restaurant work customer-facing retail roles door-to-door sales recent college graduates competitive team environments You do not need roofing experience — just strong communication skills, reliability, and a competitive work ethic.
