JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient GHL Technical Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, ensuring that our marketing operations, client fulfillment, and automation systems run seamlessly. As an experienced copywriter-led agency, we need someone who can bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical implementation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Email & Content Execution •
Newsletter Management:
Scheduling, sending, and tracking performance metrics for regular newsletters •
Template Creation:
Designing and building responsive email templates within the GHL builder •
Trigger Links:
Setting up and monitoring trigger links to track user behavior and automate follow-ups CRM & Data Management •
Contact Management:
Importing contact lists and ensuring all custom fields are accurately mapped •
Integrations:
Managing native and third-party integrations (Zapier, Webhooks, etc.) to keep the ecosystem connected Lead Generation & Conversion Tools •
Form & Survey Building:
Creating high-converting forms, quizzes, and surveys •
Conversion Tracking:
Setting up tracking pixels and GHL attribution to monitor campaign ROI Operations & Reputation •
Reputation Management:
Setting up and managing review request workflows and monitoring platform feedback •
Social Planner:
Scheduling and managing social media posts through the GHL Social Planner Advanced Technical Implementation (Optional/Plus) •
Automations & Workflows:
Building and troubleshooting complex "if/then" workflow sequences •
AI Integration:
Setting up and optimizing Chatbots and Voice AI systems within GHL
