Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you will shape the Global email program to drive leads and ROI across the Private Client Group. You'll join as an individual contributor with potential to move into management, reporting to the Email Marketing Manager. You will design and optimize email journeys, optimize content and targeting, and run tests to improve engagement and deliverability. You'll work with cross-functional teams to execute lead generation programs and provide data-driven insights that inform strategy and performance. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at a data-driven firm with a strong emphasis on growth and measurable outcomes.
Compensation / Benefits
- Manage daily email marketing operations: journey building, content production, audience segmentation, and QA
- Oversee email calendar, send volume, list targeting, and cadence design based on performance and priorities
- Design and implement lead generation programs to meet goals
- Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies and apply insights to improve campaigns
- Monitor marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, deliverability) and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure deliverability and monitor unsubscribe/spam rates and other deliverability metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and email engagement
- Track and communicate results, success metrics, and improvement recommendations Tasks
- 2+ years of email lifecycle marketing experience
- 2+ years of email channel expertise including CRM management, responsive design, deliverability, and segmentation
- Experience with major ESP or CRM platform required
- Experience with Selligent by Zeta preferred
- Proven success with lead nurturing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and personalized content
- Experience using analytics tools to measure and improve campaigns
- Knowledge of email templates, dynamic content, testing, segmentation, drip campaigns, deliverability, and
CAN-SPAM
