Job Description
Experteer Overview As Global Email Marketing Analyst, you will shape the email campaign strategy to drive leads and ROI across the Global email channel. You will start as an individual contributor reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, with potential to grow into management. You'll own journey setup, content production, segmentation, and QA to optimize performance. You'll lead data-driven testing and deliverability improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. This role offers meaningful impact in scaling our email initiatives within Private Client Group.
Compensation / Benefits
Manage daily operations of email campaigns including journey building, content production, audience segmentation and QA
Oversee email calendar, send volume, list targeting and cadence based on performance and prioritization
Design and implement lead generation programs to meet goals
Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies and apply insights to optimize campaigns
Monitor metrics (open rates, clicks, deliverability) and provide actionable analysis and recommendations
Ensure deliverability through monitoring inbox deliverability, unsubscribe/spam rates and related metrics
Identify process improvements and present solutions to management to boost efficiency and engagement
Track and communicate results, success metrics and recommendations for improvement Tasks
2+ years of email lifecycle marketing experience focusing on new campaigns
2+ years of email channel expertise including CRM management, responsive design, deliverability, segmentation, and best practices
Experience with major ESP or CRM platform is required
Experience with Selligent by Zeta is preferred
Proven success with lead nurturing, audience segmentation, marketing automation and content personalization that improved conversions
Experience using analytics tools to measure success and improve campaigns
Knowledge of best practices for email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, segmentation, drip campaigns, deliverability and
