Full Job Description Description:
About Birdeye Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands. Companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment use Birdeye to manage marketing across thousands of locations — from how they get found, to how they convert, to how they retain customers. Our platform replaces disconnected point tools with AI agents that execute work at the location level — responding to reviews, updating listings, publishing content, and driving conversions. Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2's 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list — appearing alongside the world's leading AI companies. We're expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands. About the Role We're building a GTM Engineering function inside RevOps — and this role sits at the center of it. As a GTM Engineer, you'll own the technical layer that powers our go-to-market motion: the automations, AI workflows, data pipelines, and tool integrations that turn strategy into execution at scale. This isn't a traditional ops analyst role. You'll write code, build systems, and ship things that sales, marketing, and CS teams use every day. You'll work closely with RevOps leadership, Business Applications, and cross-functional GTM stakeholders to identify where human effort can be replaced with intelligent automation — and then build it. What You'll Own AI-powered workflows — Design and deploy LLM-based automations across the GTM stack (Clay, Gong, Salesforce, Marketo) to surface signals, enrich data, and trigger actions without manual intervention Data pipelines — Build and maintain pipelines between Snowflake, Salesforce, and BI tools (Tableau) to power reliable, real-time reporting and scoring models Salesforce development — Architect and implement custom objects, flows, validation rules, and field logic to support forecasting, pipeline inspection, and account intelligence programs Tool integrations — Own the technical implementation of new GTM tools — from API connections and webhook configurations to data mapping and QA Automation infrastructure — Build scalable, maintainable processes using tools like Clay, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts; reduce manual RevOps workload across the team Prompt engineering — Write and maintain AI prompts embedded in GTM systems (e.g., Gong Smart Trackers, AI field population in Salesforce) to extract structured insight from unstructured data Requirements:
What We're Looking For Required 3+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, or Sales/Marketing Engineering role Hands-on Salesforce experience: custom objects, flows, SOQL, validation rules, field-level logic Demonstrated experience building automations using Clay, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms Working knowledge of APIs (REST), webhooks, and data transformation SQL proficiency — comfortable querying Snowflake or similar data warehouse Experience working with AI/LLM tools in a production GTM context (prompt design, output validation, workflow integration) Strong systems thinking: can map a business problem to a technical solution independently Preferred Experience with Gong (AI fields, Smart Trackers, API) Marketo or equivalent MAP integration experience Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment ($50M-$200M ARR) How You'll Work You'll operate in a fast-moving RevOps org that ships iteratively and flags data quality issues loudly. We don't do big-bang projects — we identify the highest-leverage bottleneck, build a working solution quickly, and improve from there. You'll be expected to own problems end-to-end: from scoping and build to QA, documentation, and training handoff. You'll partner closely with: RevOps leadership on strategic prioritization and build roadmap Business Applications on Salesforce governance and system architecture Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership on workflow requirements and adoption Data/Analytics on pipeline integrity and Snowflake modeling Benefits:
100% Employer-paid benefits with multiple health plan options (HSA, PPO) for employees Unlimited PTO 401(k) with company match Flexible work from home options available Maternity & Paternity Leave Employee Resource Groups - network with like-minded "Birds" Abundant opportunities that come with a dynamic and fast-growing organization!
