Full Job Description Summary:
The Specialist, GTM Marketing supports the execution of go-to-market initiatives for ZO Skin Health's professional provider network across North America and International markets. This role manages digital platforms, communications, and operational processes that enable the GTM Marketing team to deliver consistent programs and resources to providers and field sales teams globally. Working closely with NA and International marketing leads, this role ensures marketing programs are deployed efficiently and that providers and sales teams have access to the tools and information needed to support business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee B2B email marketing campaigns for NA and International markets, including planning, execution, and reporting Assist with implementation and governance of Canva Enterprise, managing branded templates for marketing and sales teams Manage the Professional Marketing Portal (ProPortal), ensuring marketing assets, programs, and resources remain organized and current Support ongoing maintenance and updates of the Pro Regimen Builder platform Support deployment of GTM marketing programs, including product launches, sampling initiatives, and promotional campaigns across NA and International Initiates creative briefs to support the development and updates of marketing collateral and sales tools Coordinate marketing asset distribution to field sales teams and provider partners globally Support adaptation of NA marketing materials for International markets Maintain organization of professional marketing assets across platforms Manage PrintZone uploads and marketing content updates Support merchandising display content development and audits Assist with tracking and reporting of marketing program performance Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams to support program launches Assist with project coordination and timeline management across NA and International initiatives Coordinate field communications to support program launches, tools, and updates Manage shared marketing inbox and coordinate responses across the team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting digital marketing platforms or marketing operations Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with marketing platforms such as CMS systems, email platforms, or asset management tools Experience in skincare, aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industries preferred Comfortable working across time zones and with international stakeholders
Work Environment:
The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.
Work Hours:
The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance.
