Job Summary Long established property and casualty insurance agency seeking a data driven and creative B2C Insurance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for our personal lines insurance products ([e.g., auto, home, umbrella). In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns . Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality inbound leads, improve quote-to-bind conversion rates, and build lasting consumer trust. Insurance experience preferred but not required. Applicant must live in the general area . Initially part time 20 hours if goals met can be expanded. Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Duties Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote insurance products across various channels, including digital platforms, telemarketing, and retail sales environments Translate complex insurance concepts into simple, engaging, and compliant marketing copy, educational blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, Experience Proven experience in marketing and client development 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) digital marketing, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or real estate sectors.
