Overview Brightway Insurance, The Frawley Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Producer to help grow our expanding agency in Tomball, TX. This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity built for individuals who are competitive, relationship-focused, and motivated by unlimited earning potential. As an Insurance Producer, you will build relationships with referral partners and clients, identify coverage needs, and provide customized insurance solutions that protect what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build long-term renewal income while growing alongside a nationally recognized insurance brand. Whether you are already licensed or looking to begin a career in insurance, we provide support, and training resources to help set you up for success. Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, telemarketing, community involvement, and relationship-building Develop and maintain referral partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, and other local professionals Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions including: Auto Insurance Homeowners Insurance Flood Insurance Umbrella Coverage Jewelry & Valuable Items Coverage Other personal lines products Educate clients on coverage options and explain insurance concepts clearly and professionally Follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and client communications in a timely manner Maintain accurate client records and manage sales activity within agency systems and CRM platforms Meet and exceed monthly production goals through consistent sales activity and client engagement Represent the agency professionally Compensation 60%

New Business Commission Example:
