Instead of managing routine administrative tasks, you will directly influence Project Starfish—our next-generation Workday implementation—by designing modern user interfaces, structuring data for AI-driven machine learning, and launching communication campaigns that impact thousands of employees worldwide.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate global Workday employee portals and recommend modern, intuitive UI layouts to elevate user adoption.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to refine standardized job descriptions and career profiles across global business units.
  • Clean and format critical job architecture metadata to feed the machine learning algorithms within the Workday Skills Cloud.
  • Partner with communications teams to integrate dynamic Employee Value Proposition messaging across recruitment channels.
  • Create engaging digital templates, campaign assets, and strategic toolkits that champion the Trimble storytelling narrative.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • Strong interest or foundational coursework in HR technology, cloud databases, AI tools, or digital data structures.
  • Exceptional professional writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex workflows into concise copy.
  • Basic familiarity with modern UI layout principles, web/portal design concepts, or consumer marketing strategies.
Bonus Points For:
  • Direct academic exposure or hands-on experience with Workday systems or modules.
  • Experience using digital design software or creating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
