This position is responsible for leading the long-term brand and consumer marketing non-campaign strategy through establishment and stewardship of the brand foundation, management of the long-term brand strategic plan, exploration of brand-based opportunities outside of current activities, and representation of the brand. You will report to a director, marketing & sales excellence. #

Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary AccountabilitiesAgent Communications Strategy:
Ability to create and execute thoughtful, creative, and comprehensive email communication strategies for independent agents that align with brand and business objectives.Brand Storytelling & Messaging:
Experience translating enterprise priorities into clear, compelling messaging that delivers the brand story, builds connection, and drives action.Email Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership:
Ability to lead content planning, writing/editing, and message governance across brand storytelling, operational updates, and calls-to-action-ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance for agents.Campaign Strategy Development & Execution:
Ability to develop and execute email campaigns that support business goals (e.g., enablement, adoption of initiatives, readiness for operational changes, engagement with resources).Audience & Journey Planning:
Experience building audience strategies (segmentation/targeting) and communication journeys/cadences versus one-off sends.- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Proficiency using SFMC to build, QA, schedule, deploy, and report on agent-facing communications; able to partner with a Salesforce Administrator on configuration, maintenance, data, and enhancements.
- Email QA & Testing (Litmus): Required experience using Litmus to validate rendering/quality and resolve issues prior to deployment.
Measurement & Optimization:
Ability to track and report results and translate performance into improvements (testing, targeting, content/creative refinements, cadence adjustments).Cross-Functional Alignment:
Strong ability to partner across teams to align messaging, reduce communication noise, and deliver a consistent agent experience.Project & Editorial Management:
Strong editorial and workflow management skills for complex programs (intake, calendars, approvals, production timelines, deployment, retrospectives).- B2B Communications (Regulated/Service a plus): Experience communicating to B2B/partner audiences with accuracy and compliance rigor; insurance or other highly regulated/service industries are a plus.
Vendor/Partner Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with external partners/vendors to deliver creative, production, or technical support on time and on brand. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Strong command of the design process and experience with service design methodologies and/or related design disciplines.
- Ability to formulate, articulate and execute a design-led approach, gathering support and participation from non-designer peers and leaders.
- Demonstrated experience presenting elegant concepts and frameworks, that simplify complex ecosystems, to senior leadership and influencing decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to craft and employ custom tools and exercises as the design process unfolds.
