Job Description
We Are Hiring a Future Leader — Not Just Another Rep We are a fast-growing window replacement company looking for a Team Leader in Training to help build, train, and manage our event and door-to-door lead generation team. This position is for someone who: Wants to lead, not follow Is competitive and performance-driven Wants to build and run a team Is looking for long-term income growth If you've done door-to-door, solar, roofing, gym sales, or brand ambassador work — this is your next step. What You'll Do Phase 1
- Lead From the Front Set appointments at events and/or door-to-door Master our pitch and system Hit personal production targets Phase 2
- Leadership Development Help recruit and train new reps Ride along and coach team members Track performance metrics Assist in running events and territories Phase 3
- Team Leader Manage a team of promoters/setters Earn overrides on team production Run hiring interviews Help open new territories Compensation Structure Base salary Personal production bonuses Override on team performance Fast-track promotion opportunities
