Job Description

Position Summary:
EarthTronics markets lighting products in Commercial Distribution as well as Consumer Retail Channels. We use online platforms and social media as well as printed materials, PDF documents, and PowerPoint presentations to promote products. As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating digital content, maintaining website and directing social media efforts, and professionalizing sales presentations. Assist with product enrichment efforts for ecommerce products online. Maintain brand presence and elevate company stature through high standards of visual content. The ideal candidate will help us shape company image. You will work closely with the product manager and sales team to create content material for both online and offline platforms. You are a creator with sense of style, an eye for detail. You bring experience producing digital content including presentational copy, product images, and short videos. You use AI and other tools to your advantage to both create and deploy content creatively in our communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Content Specialist Digital Content :
create and deploy digital content across company communications including website, social media accounts, email campaigns, private presentations, and more.
Product Positioning :
develop product content with product team to call out features, differentiation, and competitive advantage of lighting products.
Sales Tools :
create sales enablement tools including presentations, sell sheets, project quote templates, and product catalogs.
Product Launch :
support new product launches, helping to execute go-to-market plans.
Product Packaging :
assist with product packaging, labeling, and marketing content for retail / direct import programs.
Brand Management :
ensure consistency of brand(s) and messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Initiatives :
collaborate with sales team and company leaders to prioritize initiatives and respond to channel-specific needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. 3 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B industries. Proven experience in product marketing and sales enablement. Proficiency in creating high-quality marketing collateral and presentations. Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (website CMS, email platforms, etc.). Strong eye for detail and high standards of visual presentation. Ability to work independently, to communicate across multiple departments, and managing multiple priorities at one time. Self-starter, organized, and detail oriented. Advanced computer literacy, experience deploying AI tools preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally between offices, possible tradeshows, etc.
