Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role that drives marketing operations excellence. Our team thrives on innovation and collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies that align with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement operating processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and accountability. Collaborate with shared services teams to optimize planning tools and systems. Establish and maintain operating rhythms, including key milestones and communication cadences. Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, identifying risks and opportunities across the brand portfolio.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations. Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows and operating models. Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, or Tableau.
