The Opportunity
  • This is not a generic marketing position.
You will work directly with our Director of Operations, whose marketing work has been featured in AdAge and Automotive News and recognized by Meta with the Zero Friction Award. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how elite marketing actually works in practice—not just in theory. You will gain hands-on exposure to advertising strategy, digital media execution, content creation, event marketing, brand deployment, and operational marketing within a high-volume dealership environment. We do not expect you to know everything on day one. What matters most is how you learn, how you apply feedback, how you execute, and how your work improves over time. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6-9 months, success means your work makes the marketing operation easier to run—not harder. You take detailed notes, ask thoughtful questions, execute accurately, and demonstrate measurable improvement with every project. As trust and competence grow, so will your autonomy, responsibility, and creative influence. Core Responsibilities Digital & Social Media Execution Produce and publish high-quality content across social and digital platforms Execute structured content calendars and campaign schedules Support organic audience growth initiatives Monitor engagement metrics including reach, views, engagement, and follower growth Manage audience interaction and community engagement Advertising & Brand Operations Coordinate digital, traditional, radio, and promotional advertising campaigns Adapt approved creative assets while maintaining brand standards Support monthly sales initiatives and dealership promotions Work directly with media vendors, agencies, and marketing partners Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple systems Events & Promotional Marketing Support and execute dealership events and promotional campaigns Capture and deploy real-time content during major sales events Collaborate across departments to highlight customer and employee success stories Serve as an on-site marketing representative when required Qualifications Preferred Skills Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools Understanding of basic design principles and file formats Strong organizational and project management skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable learning established systems and processes Personal Traits We Value Coachability Reliability Accountability Curiosity Professionalism Strong communication skills Confidence both on and off camera Willingness to receive feedback and improve continuously Experience is helpful, but we place significant value on attitude, work ethic, and the ability to learn. Who Thrives Here? This role is ideal for someone who: Is early in their marketing career or making a professional transition Wants meaningful responsibility and hands-on learning Enjoys working in a structured, high-performance environment Is willing to master proven systems before helping improve them Wants to build a long-term marketing career rather than simply hold a marketing job Work Environment Full-time position Approximately 50 hours per week Primarily on-site in Albuquerque Some evenings and occasional weekends required during promotional events Fast-paced, collaborative, performance-accountable culture Remote work flexibility and additional scheduling flexibility may be considered after a high level of competence, trust, and independence has been established.
