We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist who is excited to build and execute high-impact marketing programs that directly influence business growth. In this role, you'll lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, elevate brand awareness, and strengthen customer relationships across the entire lifecycle. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales, bringing strategic ideas to life while staying hands-on in execution. What You'll Do:
Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across healthcare and education markets; track performance and optimize results using data-driven insights Partner closely with Product Management and Sales to develop and align go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging Create and manage impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content to support demand generation and sales enablement Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across digital channels (web, social, email) Assist with coordination and support for trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, including logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up Manage and update website content for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards Leverage marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including managing relationships with advertising or creative agencies Support lead generation and nurturing efforts through marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints Do You Have?... Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, education, technology, distribution, or partner/VAR environments Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce (or Account Engagement), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience managing external agency relationships and driving project execution Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player Ability to work a hybrid schedule from Mount Prospect, IL Willingness to travel up to 10% Why Us?
