Marketing Specialist Perks:

Marketing Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience within the home services industry such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or roofing. Hands-on experience with Service Titan's Marketing Pro is strongly preferred. Proven ability to leverage AI tools for automation of marketing processes. Strong background in executing multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, and direct mail.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison between marketing and field teams to identify opportunities and align priorities. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Manage and optimize email marketing efforts, including segmentation and performance analysis. Oversee brand touchpoints to ensure consistency across all media and infield experiences. Lead planning and execution of events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
