Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing targeted Email and Direct Mail programs to support Atlantic Health's marketing and business objectives. The person in this role will provide project management, coordination and response analysis, while working closely with marketing strategy, data and creative teams as well as external vendor partners to ensure that all projects and programs are completed on time
Responsibilities:
Partner with internal creative teams and external production partners to develop and deploy Email and Direct Mail programs Provide project management support and coordinate across teams to launch new programs and touchpoints Maintain and continually optimize always-on nurture/trigger streams and customer journeys Ensure email blasts, campaigns and nurtures are set up accurately to support all reporting needs Increase email address acquisition, open rates, click-thru rates, new patient conversion, engagement, and retention Maintain CRM data accuracy by supporting list updates, field management, and data cleanup efforts Support segmentation and targeting to build and select audience files Support automation and personalization capabilities development Support test plan development and execution, maintain record of outcomes and apply learnings to new programs Support updates to data schemas, taxonomy, and campaign tracking structures to ensure accurate reporting Contribute to copywriting, editing, image selection and template design Proofread each touchpoint to ensure quality, accuracy and appropriateness for each intended audience; route rounds of revisions to key stakeholders for review and approval Maintain, optimize all web forms and associated user journey's reporting out to the business on performance Produce response reporting and socialize insights and test results Track expenses against the marketing budget Additional duties as assigned in support of CentraState Medical Center and Atlantic Health marketing objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-5 years of hands-on marketing or CRM experience, including data operations, email and/or direct mail Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Datacloud or Marketo Engage a plus Proficiency in using Excel for tracking, organizing, and validating data Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation and data updates Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills Deadline oriented and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of marketing response analytics This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home a few days each week.
