Job Description The Marketing Specialist - Hot Market supports Rally House's real-time marketing efforts around major sports moments including championships, tournaments, rivalries, and trending cultural events. This role executes ecommerce activations, email marketing, paid social campaigns, and social media engagement to help Rally House capitalize on fast-moving opportunities as they happen. This position works closely with merchandising, ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams to quickly launch and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment. Responsibilities Launch and maintain Hot Market ecommerce experiences tied to championship wins, playoff appearances, rivalry games, and other major sports moments Build, deploy, and monitor paid social campaigns in real-time to support trending sports events and product launches Design, build, and deploy marketing emails tied to major sports moments with speed and accuracy Support social media publishing and real-time community engagement during nights, weekends, and live sporting events Monitor sports trends, breaking news, fan reactions, and cultural moments to identify marketing opportunities for Rally House Coordinate closely with merchandising, ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams to ensure rapid campaign execution Assist with homepage updates, category launches, promotional messaging, and digital merchandising tied to Hot Market moments Analyze campaign performance across email, paid social, ecommerce, and social media channels to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities Ensure all campaigns and messaging align with Rally House brand standards and league/licensing requirements Support ongoing weekend marketing operations and execution during peak sports seasons Skills and Knowledge Ability to launch and manage time-sensitive marketing campaigns with speed and accuracy, Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, real-time environment, Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, Strong passion for sports culture with ability to react quickly to real-time sports moments and trends, Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, paid social, organic social, and ecommerce merchandising Qualifications Must be able to work a hybrid Thursday-Sunday schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field 0-2 years of experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns on Meta or Google platforms Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, or ecommerce platforms preferred Familiarity with sports marketing, live event marketing, or retail ecommerce is a plus Must have reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup for weekend remote shifts Physical Requirements Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds Location and Schedule On-site in Lenexa, KS on Thursdays and Fridays; remote on Saturdays and Sundays Four 10-hour shifts per week Weekend and evening availability required to support live sports events and real-time marketing activations Pay Range $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
