Hybrid but must reside in Clark County, Nevada About the Role We are seeking a creative, motivated Part-Time Outside Sales/Business Development Representative to support the sales efforts of two sister companies dedicated to mental health and wellness. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about meaningful work, enjoys crafting compelling content, and thrives in a mission-driven environment. You will help shape brand presence, engage audiences, and support growth across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and schedule social media content across multiple platforms Assist with marketing and sales campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials Maintain brand consistency for both companies while tailoring messaging to each audience Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities Support website updates and blog content Meet with potential clients in person and facilitate presentations Track engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Previous Sales/Business Development-1 year (Preferred) Strong writing and communication skills Familiarity with mental health, wellness, healthcare, and/or the legal industries is a plus Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar tools is helpful What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($20-$25 depending on experience) Flexible scheduling Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports mental health and well-being A collaborative, supportive team environment
