At Canyon Oaks Foot and Ankle, we provide comprehensive and compassionate Podiatry services to our patients and are passionate about improving the quality of life for our patients. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Healthcare Marketer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility and Agency Visits:

Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior living facilities, home health agencies, and other facilities to generate patient referrals and build brand awareness. No prior marketing experience necessary if previous history in retail or other sales. We are looking for someone with a positive mental outlook who loves talking to others.

Marketing Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote podiatry and wound care services within the local community. Attend local healthcare events, seminars, and networking opportunities to connect with key decision-makers in the healthcare sectors. Track and analyze marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and optimize for better results. Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to identify new referral sources and drive patient acquisition. Provide feedback to senior leadership about community outreach efforts and recommend strategies for further growth.

Qualifications:

Experience building relationships with healthcare providers, healthcare clinics, Diabetic clinics, Pediatrician practices, Specialist and other referral sources. Ability to travel regularly for in-person visits to healthcare offices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage healthcare professionals and patients. Creative and strategic mindset to design compelling marketing campaigns. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
