Exempt-3 Job Purpose The Marketing Associate, Brand Awareness, supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brand presence, increase audience engagement, and elevate visibility across key markets. This role collaborates with marketing team members and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent brand messaging, effective campaign execution, and growth in brand reach. Key Accountabilities Brand Awareness & Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing brand awareness campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels
Coordinate content with content specialist or third-party vendors, to support brand storytelling, including social posts, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional assets
Maintain brand consistency across internal and external materials
Support coordination of branding initiatives such as sponsorships, community outreach, events, or partnerships Content Development & Engagement Create visual assets using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Capture high quality basic photography and short video clips for use in marketing content
Contribute to copywriting, design direction, and asset generation for brand-led campaigns
Collaborate with content associate or outside agencies to produce visual content aligned with brand guidelines
Publish and monitor content across social platforms to grow reach and engagement Market & Audience Research Conduct brand, competitor, and market research to inform campaign planning
Track trends in audience behavior, media consumption, and customer sentiment Provide insights that help refine brand messaging and positioning Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance of brand awareness activities
Report on KPIs such as impressions, engagement, reach, brand recall, and web traffic
Recommend tactical improvements based on analytics findings
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Experience College degree in marketing, communications, or design is preferred but not required based on experience and proven capability Relevant certifications in marketing, design, digital media, or project management are a plus 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communication or related field Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics dashboards Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital advertising Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience collaborating with designers, agencies, or cross-functional teams Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, or BI platforms What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
