Strong performance may lead to a full-time role About Locali Locali.com (pronounced Locally) is a hyper-local business discovery and promotions platform that connects small and independent businesses with nearby consumers. It blends a modern directory with time-sensitive promotions and event marketing, giving businesses measurable visibility while giving consumers an easy, centralized way to find special events, discover promotions, and hidden gems in their own neighborhoods or new areas they are visiting. We're launching across Northern Colorado and building a strong local network business by business. The Role As a Field Launch Salesperson, you will help Locali develop and execute an early-stage regional launch strategy. This is a temporary, full-time, hands-on role that combines direct business outreach, onboarding support, launch planning, training refinement, playbook development, and field-based market feedback. You will work closely with Locali leadership and development and with others to help launch one region at a time. You will do direct sales work so you can gain real-world experience, test messaging in the field, and help translate those learnings into a repeatable launch model for future regions. In addition to helping businesses sign up and get started, you will help improve our sales playbook, revise our training class, and contribute practical feedback on marketing materials and launch tactics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building trust face-to-face, thinking strategically, and helping shape how a growing company enters new markets and scales. What You'll Do Direct Outreach & Onboarding Identify and connect with targeted local businesses in targeted launch regions, including restaurants, cafés, retail, fitness/recreation, entertainment/venues, services, hotels, and more Clearly explain Locali's value, answer questions, and guide owners or managers through sign-up Help businesses activate a free trial and complete key onboarding steps Provide light initial training so owners and managers know how to use the Locali app effectively Follow up with businesses after sign-up to support early traction and adoption Launch Strategy & Playbook Development Help refine Locali's regional launch strategy based on field experience Capture what messaging, scripts, objections, and outreach patterns are working best Help develop and improve the Locali sales playbook for future launch teams and regional reps Identify repeatable best practices that can be used as Locali expands into additional markets Training & Marketing Input Help revise and strengthen Locali's training class and onboarding standards Share practical feedback on leave-behinds, pitch language, flyers, and other marketing materials Help identify ways to improve launch readiness, local visibility, and business adoption Contribute ideas that improve how Locali introduces itself in new regions Voice of the Customer → Corporate Development Collect structured customer feedback, including friction points, feature requests, bugs, adoption blockers, and common objections Share clear feedback with Locali's corporate development team so we can prioritize improvements Help leadership understand what businesses in each region respond to most Performance & Growth Hit weekly and monthly launch, outreach, and onboarding milestones Use the CRM to keep organized notes, plan routes, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy pipeline Work professionally and consistently as a visible representative of the Locali brand Help build a repeatable and scalable launch model that can later be handed off to additional regional account owners or future reps Training Requirement The Field Launch Salesperson must complete Locali training before operating independently in the field. Training includes app knowledge, onboarding standards, messaging guidelines, launch expectations, and feedback reporting. This role will also help improve future versions of that training. Experience improving sales materials, training content, scripts, or launch processes Experience in helping shape a scalable and repeatable launch process, not just closing sign-ups Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and handling objections professionally Able to notice patterns, improve messaging, and suggest practical changes Customer-focused Strong customer service instincts; owners should feel supported, not pressured Able to help businesses get started in a simple, encouraging way Self-directed and dependable Able to manage time well, stay organized, and follow through consistently Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where the process is being refined in real time Clear communication Explain Locali's value simply to busy owners and managers Summarize field feedback clearly for internal teams Work closely with leadership and a teammate to improve launch execution Nice to Have Experience in sales, community outreach, hospitality, retail, local advertising, field marketing, customer success, or B2B business development Familiarity with Front Range communities beyond Fort Collins is a plus Who This Role Is Great For Great fit for people with hospitality or retail roots, community connectors, organized go-getters, and field-oriented builders who enjoy meeting local owners, helping small businesses grow, and improving real-world strategy through direct experience. Compensation package includes:
$30.00-$32.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Milestone and performance bonuses tied to launch execution, qualified business activation, and strategic contributions Mileage reimbursement for approved regional travel Opportunity for long-term growth for high-performing team members Compensation reflects both execution in the field and contribution to the broader launch effort.

Final compensation will depend on experience, relevant market knowledge, and demonstrated ability to contribute in both field execution and launch strategy. Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a launch-focused temporary position, but strong performance may lead to a longer-term full-time opportunity with Locali. Candidates who excel may be considered for future roles in regional growth, business engagement, training, launch operations, or sales leadership.

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
