Job Description
Part-Time HubSpot Administrator We're a pro audio hardware and software manufacturer that continually acquires new brands to operate under a shared umbrella. As we bring more brands into the family, we need a HubSpot Administrator to unify their marketing efforts into one coordinated engine — and to prove what's working. This role is central to integrating and combining marketing initiatives across our brands and tracking results in one place. It starts part-time but has real room to grow into a full-time position as our portfolio expands. What you'll do Build and maintain dashboards that report on marketing performance across multiple brands Create and deploy email campaigns Design, test, and optimize landing pages Run A/B tests and turn the results into clear recommendations Keep our HubSpot instance clean, organized, and scalable as new brands come on board What we're looking for Hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub; admin-level a plus) Comfort with email marketing, landing pages, and A/B testing A data-driven mindset — you like measuring and improving Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities Pro audio or music industry interest is a bonus, not a requirement Details Part-time to start, with strong potential to become full-time as the company grows Nashville / 615 area preferred — primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings and events
