Job Description:
The Principal Website Content Marketing Specialist is a strategic, expert-level role responsible for shaping and advancing digital content experiences across complex healthcare portfolios. This position focuses on transforming clinical, customer, and business insights into impactful, solution-oriented website content that enhances digital presence, credibility, and discoverability. The role operates with minimal oversight and collaborates across cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, SEO, analytics, technology, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders. It plays a critical role in driving large-scale website transformations and ensuring content aligns with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and modern search behaviors, including AI-driven discovery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive large-scale website transformations, shifting content from product-centric to solution-centric structures. Lead development of long-form, evidence-based content for healthcare audiences in regulated environments. Define and execute multi-channel content strategy and governance across digital journeys. Conduct content gap analyses and recommend restructuring and new content development. Develop and manage website content to optimize visibility, engagement, and positioning. Collaborate with SEO, UX, analytics, and technology teams to enhance content performance. Influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide strategic decisions without direct authority. Design, test, and optimize website content elements including layout, navigation, and visual components. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, editorial standards, and regulatory compliance. Stay updated on evolving search trends, including AI-driven discovery and answer engines.
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in website content strategy within large enterprise environments. Experience developing long-form healthcare or clinical content in regulated industries. Deep understanding of content architecture, user journeys, and UX principles. Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact projects independently. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority. Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager). Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and best practices. Nice to

Experience leading large-scale website restructuring or migration projects. Understanding of healthcare buyer journeys (HCP, admin, procurement). Experience working within regulatory and claims review environments. Familiarity with AI-driven search and content optimization for LLMs and answer engines. Experience managing global website governance (multi-region, multi-language). Ability to create unified messaging frameworks across multiple product portfolios.
