Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Creative Services team in the role of Production and Creative Services Consultant. This position is a full time, hybrid role with 2-3 days on site at Fairbanks Hall in Indianapolis, IN . Role Responsibilities Manages the process of creating marketing and promotional materials for the IU Health brand among both internal and external audiences system wide. Oversees the on-time and orderly flow of projects between marketers and creative services team members from job initiation to project completion including assignment of tasks and daily coordination of project priorities. Ensures brand consistency and high standards of execution in accordance with established brand and style guidelines. Serves as a brand ambassador to maintain and reinforce guidelines, quality standards and best practices. Serves as the main point of contact for training of systems and processes. Collaborates with department leadership and finance to track, create, and manage budget processes and status reports. Reviews finance inquiries and meets with department and finance leads on a monthly or as needed basis. Utilizes extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals of each individual project while advocating for the brand and brand standards. Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's degree required. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. Preferred offset and digital print experience, as well as an eye for color and design standards. Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment preferred. Requires proven experience leading cross-functional project based teams. Requires experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
