Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and personable Property Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a sales-forward role ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, negotiating deals, and solving problems. Your main responsibility will be to acquire off-market properties by building rapport with homeowners and securing purchase contracts.
Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with property owners via phone, text, email, and in person Assess seller motivation and determine property suitability for acquisition Analyze property condition and estimated value using provided tools Negotiate and secure purchase agreements directly with sellers Maintain detailed records and communication in our CRM Hit or exceed monthly acquisition goals Work collaboratively with our dispositions and marketing teams
Qualifications:
Sales experience (real estate, auto, B2B/B2C, D2D - all welcome) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to evaluate property value (training provided) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable with both remote work and local field visits
