We specialize in residential artificial grass, pavers/travertine, putting greens, commercial turf, playground turf, and sports turf installations. We partner with realtors, investors, home remodelers, pool builders, GCs, HOAs, and other industry professionals who are connected with homeowners looking to upgrade their outdoor spaces. Position Overview We are looking for motivated Referral Partners — especially licensed realtors — who want to create an additional income stream by connecting clients and industry contacts with Waterloo Turf. This is not a traditional sales role.

Your job is simple:

introduce us to potential clients or business partners, and our team handles the rest including consultations, estimates, project management, and closing the sale. If the project closes, you earn a 5% referral fee based on the total project value. Even better — if you refer a contractor, remodeler, or business that continues sending us projects, you continue receiving 5% on future projects sourced through that relationship.
