They are actively expanding their national business development team and we are accepting applications across the strategic regions listed above. This is a highly consultative, hunter-focused outside sales position centered on net-new business acquisition. Upon closing an account, a dedicated client success team assumes responsibility for implementation and ongoing account management, allowing you to focus on building relationships, generating pipeline, and driving revenue growth. What You'll Be Doing Identify, target, and secure new business partnerships through proactive outbound prospecting. Conduct strategic discovery meetings with executive-level decision-makers and key stakeholders. Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations and business consultations tailored to each client's goals and challenges. Partner closely with internal subject matter experts who provide market intelligence, sales enablement resources, and strategic support. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation within HubSpot CRM. Travel within assigned territories as needed to cultivate relationships and support business development efforts. Required Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience within the automotive industry. Demonstrated success in an outside sales, business development, or hunter-focused sales environment. Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles and executive-level conversations. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
