Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team! Lead business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and expanding our client base. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast revenue opportunities. Perform territory management by planning visits efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and maximizing sales potential within assigned regions. Deliver compelling product presentations and technical sales demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting account management efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, manage accounts, and develop strategic plans. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions. Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Knowledge of marketing principles combined with experience in product demos and upselling strategies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver persuasive presentations.
