We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Liaison to help accelerate growth and expand referral partnerships within our healthcare organization. This hybrid role combines the energy of inside sales, outside business development, relationship marketing, territory growth, and client acquisition . You'll play a key role in driving referrals, developing strategic partnerships, managing lead pipelines, and converting prospects into new starts of care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inside Sales Manage all inbound inquiries and leads from referral, digital, and community channels; qualify prospects and coordinate timely follow-up Execute high-volume outbound calling, email follow-up, and digital touchpoints to move prospects through the pipeline and generate referrals Complete an average of 10 referral contacts per day , including at least 5 meaningful touchpoints with decision-makers (in-person or by phone) Conduct telephone and video-based consultations with prospective clients and families to assess needs, present service options, and advance toward a start of care Schedule and conduct in-home ("living room") visits to assess client needs, present services, support the intake and care-plan initiation process, and close new starts of care Complete a target of 2 new starts of care on average per week through combined inside and field sales activity Maintain frequent communication with operations regarding prospect needs, intake status, and anticipated start-of-care requirements Daily document all inquiries, referral activity, and sales efforts in the designated CRM system; maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records Field Sales (A-Account Focus
  • Part-Time) Conduct scheduled field visits targeting A-level referral accounts, including high-volume physicians, discharge planners, hospital social workers, and senior care facilities; field time may be partial or full days depending on business need Develop new and ongoing business for all service lines, identifying, developing, and expanding territories in alignment with company growth objectives Establish and maintain strong working relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community partners, and key decision-makers Confidently conduct cold calling, follow-up, and closing activities in the field; proactively ask for referrals Plan field routes efficiently to maximize A-account coverage and productivity during scheduled field time Maintain a professional appearance and communication style when interacting with clients, families, referral partners, and internal team members Represent the organization at marketing events, community events, health fairs, and professional networking activities as directed CRM Management & Lead Tracking Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator of the company CRM platform; maintain accurate records of all contacts, accounts, activities, and pipeline status Build and maintain lead lists, referral source profiles, and A/B/C account segmentation within the CRM Generate and distribute weekly and monthly CRM activity reports, pipeline summaries, and conversion metrics to leadership Marketing & Community Education (Secondary) Support company marketing initiatives, campaigns, and educational programs, including community in-services, health fairs, and awareness events as assigned Assist in developing marketing collateral, email campaigns, and digital content in coordination with leadership Perform other duties as required to support organizational growth and success What We're Looking For Required Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare-related sales or marketing , preferably in home care, home health, hospice, or senior services Demonstrated experience managing a CRM platform and a working knowledge of inside sales techniques and lead management practices General understanding of healthcare services and referral-based sales models Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong telephone presence with exceptional follow-up and closing skills Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and required auto insurance Ability to engage in moderate physical activity, including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs Why Join Our Team?
