Senior GTM Engineer Magnitude - 4.4 San Francisco, CA Job Details Full-time $160,000 - $200,000 a year 4 hours ago Benefits Stock options Health savings account Paid holidays Disability insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Systems integration Data Integration (Data management) Machine learning/AI-based analysis Software coding System design System design for system development Data analytics CRM system proficiency Design (software development lifecycle) Full Job Description About Magnitude Magnitude is pioneering the world's first 100% multi-agent approach to enterprise security, starting with Third-Party Risk Management, a domain that is mission critical, deeply human, and notoriously broken. Founded by security and AI leaders from Abnormal Security, Amazon Alexa, Proofpoint, and other iconic companies, we are well-funded and entering the market at a moment of significant tailwind. The window to shape how this category gets defined is wide open right now! About this Role We are seeking a Sr. GTM Engineer to reimagine, automate, and scale the full go-to-market motion. This is a role for a developer-minded builder who wants to design and own systems that drive growth, not just manage SaaS configurations. Working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and sales, you will architect AI-powered growth experiments, build GTM automation, and integrate best-in-class tooling to accelerate pipeline and revenue. This is a high-impact, high-agency position at a category-defining AI company. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities Build Growth Systems :
Design and run the experimentation engine that identifies and scales what works: growth loops, conversion optimization, activation experiments, and sales led + PLG motions. Own the instrumentation and analytics infrastructure that makes growth decisions fast and defensible.
Build AI Agents :
Design and deploy agents that automate account research, reduce manual data entry, enhance outbound personalization, and surface growth signals using tools and APIs like n8n, Claude, Gumloop, and more.
Automate GTM :
Partner with leadership to translate sales and marketing strategy into automated workflows, custom internal tools, and programmatic campaigns. Design, build, and iterate core GTM systems including lead-to-opportunity routing, lifecycle tracking, outbound sequencing, and beyond. Optimize the
Stack :
Lead the technical integration and optimization of external tools (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, enrichment APIs) into a cohesive, automated GTM engine. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and automation across the revenue tech stack.
Engineer Data Flows :
Build the webhooks, middleware, and pipelines that sync data between our product, CRM, and internal systems with 100% integrity. Develop dashboards, metrics, and alerts so GTM and growth teams have self-service visibility into performance and levers.
Measure & Observe :
Define KPIs and monitor automation performance (e.g., opens, engagement rates, conversion rates, contribution to pipeline), making continuous, data-driven improvements to the GTM stack.
Requirements Technical Foundation :
6+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or technical RevOps. Comfortable writing code (Python, JS, or SQL) and working with APIs. Prior experience in PLG, growth, or GTM operations is strongly preferred.
Builder DNA :
A curious, hands-on builder who is skilled with modern AI tools including Clay, Claude Code, Parallel, Unify, Gumloop, n8n, and Zapier, and knows how to move fast with a v1 today mentality.
Growth & GTM Expertise :
You understand both the growth funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion) and the sales funnel (lead, opportunity, close). You know the business logic behind the data you're moving and can design systems that serve both motions.
Integration Mastery :
Track record of stitching together a GTM and growth stack and managing complex data waterfalls across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and product.
Get It Done Posture :
A bias toward action and iteration. You thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced AI startup and default to building rather than deliberating.
Ownership Mindset :
End-to-end ownership of the GTM and growth infrastructure and the outcomes it produces. Benefits Competitive salary, on-target earnings, and incentive stock options (ISOs) Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Health savings account (HSA) available with company contribution Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) Paid holidays & Flexible PTO Hybrid work environment
Compensation Range:
$160K - $200K
