$64.00/hour Overview Our client is seeking a Social Creator Strategist to support creator partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and creator-led marketing initiatives within a fast-paced Services Marketing organization. This role combines strategic thinking with strong project management and operational execution to help bring creator-driven campaigns to life across social platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in social and creator marketing, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously. You'll work closely with creators, agencies, and cross-functional partners to develop engaging, platform-native content that supports broader marketing objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute social content strategies that support creator-led storytelling initiatives. Identify, source, and collaborate with creators to produce original social content aligned with campaign goals. Manage creator-driven campaigns from concept through execution, including briefing, feedback, approvals, and delivery. Coordinate workflows across internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and creator partners. Partner with marketing, communications, editorial, product, and creative teams to align content with broader business priorities. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to inform future content strategies. Ensure all creator content adheres to brand standards, campaign objectives, and platform best practices. Stay current on social media, creator economy, and cultural trends to identify new engagement opportunities. Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and operational workflows. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator marketing, social media marketing, or digital content environments. Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, vendors, and creators. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously. Experience using project management tools and systems to track work, document progress, and communicate status updates. Strong process improvement mindset with experience creating or optimizing workflows. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with creators, influencers, or external talent on marketing campaigns. Experience supporting social campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels. Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling and social content best practices. Experience collaborating with marketing, communications, editorial, creative, or product teams. Ability to interpret analytics and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations. What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
