About the Role Our client — a well-established, growth-focused organization in the Orlando market — is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Marketing Analytics team. This is a high-impact, hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and marketing strategy. You''ll work closely with Marketing, Analytics, and cross-functional leadership to measure campaign performance, uncover customer insights, and drive smarter investment decisions across digital and offline channels. What You''ll Do Marketing Performance & Channel Optimization Analyze performance across paid and owned channels to surface trends and optimization opportunities Deliver insights on audience targeting, campaign effectiveness, creative performance, and spend ROI Support acquisition efficiency improvements and conversion rate analysis Customer & Audience Analytics Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and audience segmentation Identify high-value customer segments and lifecycle engagement patterns Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty-focused initiatives Attribution, Measurement & Experimentation Leverage and refine a mature multi-touch attribution framework Design and analyze A/B tests, holdout studies, and incrementality experiments Partner with stakeholders to improve measurement methodologies and reporting consistency Reporting & Data Collaboration Build and enhance scalable dashboards and reporting tools for marketing and leadership teams Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud-based platforms Automate reporting processes and validate tracking/campaign data accuracy What We''re Looking For Must-Haves 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or BigQuery Solid understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and multi-channel performance measurement Experience with customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or audience analytics Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field Nice to Haves Experience with Python, R, or Databricks Familiarity with incrementality testing and advanced attribution concepts Background in customer lifecycle, retention, or loyalty-driven businesses Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows for analytics efficiency Basic familiarity with APIs, marketing technology platforms, or HTML
