Job Description:
Vitalant is seeking a Summer Intern who will assist the Vitalant Foundation in making a positive difference. Your impact as an Summer Intern (Vitalant Foundation) is vital. You will support Vitalant's life-saving mission supporting the execution of marketing initiatives by contributing expertise, organization, and collaboration within assigned projects or programs. This position ensures deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with established processes and goals. Expect Base Pay:
$25 /
Hour Schedule:
Flexible Hybrid Schedule/20 hours per week with one day in our corporate office in Scottsdale. As a Summer Intern (Vitalant Foundation) you will:

Completes assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and efficiently.

Tracks and reports on task or project completion; contributes data to performance measurement.

Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a commitment to learning and growth.
Quality Assurance:
Apply brand guidelines and organizational standards consistently in day-to-day work and flag potential issues or inconsistencies as needed. Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in learning broader marketing concepts and team leadership fundamentals. Perform all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience. Ongoing learning or certifications in relevant marketing areas are encouraged but not required. Demonstrated interest in leadership, problem solving, and process improvement.
EXPERIENCE 0-3
years of experience in marketing, communications, or business operations. Familiarity with basic project coordination or campaign execution processes. Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn marketing principles and tools.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Basic understanding of marketing principles and performance tracking. Proficiency with digital tools and collaboration platforms. Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and learning agility.
