About the Role ThingsBook is seeking a Designer Contractor to support the creation and management of marketing and brand design assets across multiple channels. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver creative assets that support social media, campaigns, paid advertising, events, and other brand initiatives. Scope of Work The Contractor will provide design support for ThingsBook marketing and brand initiative, including the following: Create and manage marketing design assets across multiple channels, including social media, paid advertising, OA content, campaigns, and landing pages. Design social media content assets for Instagram, OA, and other community/social channels. Produce performance marketing creatives, including static ads, banners, and campaign visuals. Support campaign- and event-related visual asset production, including key visuals and promotional materials. Design additional brand assets such as merchandise, product-related visuals, presentation materials, and lightweight web/landing assets as needed. Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and brand materials in alignment with ThingsBook brand direction. Develop reusable templates and modular asset systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate quickly based on campaign priorities and feedback. Help improve internal creative workflows and asset management processes where applicable. Estimated Monthly Workload Social media contents: approximately 20 assets/month Performance marketing creatives: approximately 20 assets/month Campaign/event banners & key visuals: approximately 5-10 assets/month Additional assets (goods, landing pages, product-related materials, etc.): approximately 5 assets/month Total estimated volume: Approximately 50-55 design assets per month, subject to adjustment depending on marketing scale and campaign needs.
Reporting / Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the ThingsBook marketing team on a day-to-day basis. Communicate via email, regarding project requirements, timelines, and feedback. Participate in regular review and feedback cycles based on project priorities.
