We are urgently seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist/Office Admin to join our team! This versatile role combines creative marketing initiatives with essential administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly. Duties Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement Manage digital advertising efforts, including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and performance marketing initiatives to optimize reach and ROI Generate new DNA and drug testing clients Assist with social media marketing campaigns Create bilingual outreach initiatives Promote services to English- and Spanish-speaking communities Help increase brand awareness and lead generation Research local, state, and federal contract opportunities Assist with vendor registrations and certifications Support proposal and bid preparation Help improve internal systems and workflows Utilize technology to support business growth Skills Proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing platforms, and multichannel marketing strategies Experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms Conduct outreach calls, emails, presentations, and networking activities Attend community and business events Fluent in English and Spanish Experience in marketing, business development, sales, community outreach, or customer relationship management Strong communication and networking skills Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Self-starter who can work independently Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation for local meetings and events
